Welcome to Dum Dum Kalyanam, Matrimonial Service Provider. So as to use the Dum Dum Kalyanam Site, you must register as a member of the Site and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
To become a member, and use the services offered by Dum Dum Kalyanam, you need to abide by these terms of use. Dum Dum Kalyanam may in its discretion, modify this agreement upon time to time, with a notice to the user.

Kindly inform our support team to remove your profile if you have found your bride or groom within the stipulated time.

Dum Dum Kalyanam has the right delete your profile on an immediate effect if you have change the details or input new profile details on your account.

Dum Dum Kalyanam has rights to delete your profile on an immediate effect if our team found out that you had been married or engaged.

Dum Dum Kalyanam has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.

Dum Dum Kalyanam reserves the right to edit/delete your photo if it’s not a valid/clear/related one.

Dum Dum Kalyanam reserves the right to provide this feature to its members.

Please take note that your profile will automatically be suspended if there is more than 1 reports against your profile.

You will unable to renew/resume back your profile because it is considered blacklisted. There is no refundable policy in this term too.

REFUND POLICY

Dum Dum Kalyanam will NOT refund ANY payment to ANY member for ANY reason whatsoever EXCEPT in the case of error on Dum Dum Kalyanam’s part.

Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send abusive, obscene or sexually oriented message/s to other members.

If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.

Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the services of Dum Dum Kalyanam in the name of Dating, Flirting, Friendship etc.

Profile Photo Guidelines and Conditions

You are compulsory to add bride/groom photo(s) in the profile created. If you feel uncomfortable you may blur the photo up to 50%.

Your photo can be removed by admin team if your profile image doesn’t include your likeness or a headshot photo.

Some examples of photos that shouldn’t be used are: – Company Logos, Landscapes, Animals, Words, phrases and etc.

If we remove your photo, you can upload a different photo of yourself to remedy this situation.

If the profile without photo, you won’t be able to activate your profile again.

Profile Approval Terms

All photos must comply with our Terms and conditions Agreement.

That the information and materials you enter in your profile are, to your best of knowledge, correct and truthful; Must including your profile

photo and profile details.

That you do not include third-party information (such as information about a client you have worked with) without their prior approval.

That you will not include inappropriate materials such as pornography, extremist content, offensive content, and contents relating to weaponry

and terrorism, in accordance to our Terms of Services.

That in extreme cases (such as posting extremely offensive, sensitive or inappropriate materials), your account will face immediate suspension,

without prior notice.

That you are solely liable for any information, content and materials which you include in your profile, and that Dum Dum Kalyanam bears no

liability for the information and the contents you have entered in your profile.

Validity Period

This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member/ use the services offered by Dum Dum Kalyanam. Dum Dum Kalyanam may deny/terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason with an email notice to you, provided by you. You may also discontinue/terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by intimating Dum Dum Kalyanam. If your membership is terminated by Dum Dum Kalyanam for breach of agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund on the subscription/membership charges paid.

Eligibility

To register as a member of Dum Dum Kalyanam, to avail matchmaking services, the individual seeking a match must be of /above the marriageable age, based on the laws of the country that the individual is residing in.

Content Posted on the Site

You understand and agree that Dum Dum Kalyanam may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, “Content”) that in the sole judgment of Dum Dum Kalyanam violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Dum Dum Kalyanam and/or its Members.

You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on the Dum Dum Kalyanam service, or transmit to other Dum Dum Kalyanam Members. Dum Dum Kalyanam re serves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Dum Dum Kalyanam may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, Dum Dum Kalyanam may in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

By posting Content to any public area of Dum Dum Kalyanam, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Dum Dum Kalyanam, and other Dum Dum Kalyanam Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

The following is a a rtial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Dum Dum Kalyanam will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. It includes Content that: –

is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or spamming;

promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;

provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

provides material that exploits people under the age of 21 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 21;

Obscene/Pornographic/Vulgar pictures or textual material uploaded in the profile and/or transmitted in the E-mails and online chat.

solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.

You must use the Dum Dum Kalyanam Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL’s, and email addresses.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Dum Dum Kalyanam Members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other Dum Dum Kalyanam Members is at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that Dum Dum Kalyanam shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other Dum Dum Kalyanam Members.

Privacy

Dum Dum Kalyanam.com.my will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition, Dum Dum Kalyanam may on its own or as may be directed, provide any information required to the law enforcement authorities for any above wrongful usage. Governed by Privacy policy of Dum Dum Kalyanam.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dum Dum Kalyanam., its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of your account and contravention of any terms and conditions herein for availing of this service, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

Disclaimer Policy

Dum Dum Kalyanam is not responsible for any incorrect / inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the Dum Dum Kalyanam Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment’s or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Dum Dum Kalyanam Service whether online or offline. Under no circumstances will Dum Dum Kalyanam be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the Dum Dum Kalyanam site or transmitted to Dum Dum Kalyanam members. The exchange of matrimonial profile through or by Dum Dum Kalyanam site should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from /by Dum Dum Kalyanam.

Miscellaneous

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Registered members of this site would receive emails pertaining to the services offered by the site.

By registering on Dum Dum Kalyanam, you agree that you have read the above terms, and would abide to these terms of use/agreement.
